I'm Kirsty, the heart and soul behind this crafty venture, a registered cake decorator and a passionate creative designer based in Farsley, Leeds, but crafting and shipping to customers throughout the UK.

Starting off as Cakes By Kirsty, my journey in the world of baking and design kicked off from a young age. Focusing on themed novelty cakes for both adults and kids, my cake creations gained popularity through good old word of mouth. Established in June 2012, Cakes By Kirsty became the go-to, locally, for intricately designed cakes featuring personalised edible images and bespoke cake toppers.

Fast forward to April 2021, when my adorable daughter, Rosie (this spoon licking little one shown here!), added a new dimension to my creative journey. While taking a break from baking to focus on the joys of motherhood, the demand for my high-quality icing sheets, cake toppers, and stationary continued to grow.

Realising that "Cakes By Kirsty" no longer captured the essence of what I do, the brand got a makeover - hello, Made By Kirsty! Now, it's not just about cakes; it's about showcasing all the crafty and design wonders I create.
